Key Responsibilities
As an LPN at Encompass Health, you will:
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses, documenting observations accurately.
• Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to execute care plans effectively.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support a successful recovery.
• Celebrate and acknowledge patient victories, enhancing their journey.
Qualifications
• Valid LPN licensure as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation settings.
