Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Transition Team in Cherry Hill, NJ

<p><strong>We have immediate opportunities on our Transition Team for LPNs interested in helping infants and children receive complex care at home in Burlington County, NJ. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old).</span>&nbsp;As part of the Transition Team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications for Transition Licensed Practical Nurses:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse</li>
<li><strong>NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required</strong></li>
<li>Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.</li>
<li>Hold current CPR certification</li>
<li>Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team</li>
<li>Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)</li>
<li>Ability to travel throughout Burlington County</li>
