Your Responsibilities: • Work directly with one client for the entirety of your shift, adhering to their care plan. • Document tasks, observations, and evaluate outcomes accurately. • Monitor and implement quality assurance policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. • Receive clinical direction and guidance from the supervising RN. • Assist with additional duties as required to support our clients. Minimum Qualifications: • Current LPN license (Mississippi or Compact State). • A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in personal care settings. • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
