Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the Maine Nurse Practice Act and professional standards
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and assess resident conditions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Support person-first, resident-directed care values
Qualifications
Current State of Maine LPN license (Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care or long-term care
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in medication preparation and administration
