
Licensed Practical Nurse - Meridian in Eagle, ID
Job Description
Purpose
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) shall be accountable for 1) providing excellent direct patient care alongside our providers, 2) supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care and 3) maintaining accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm with the opportunities for Saturday and evening clinics.

Qualifications
Education
• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse training program and be a fully licensed nurse in the State of Idaho.
Licensure / Certification
• Currently a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Experience
• Entry level; previous medical assistant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred.
Other
