You will demonstrate nursing principles tailored to the needs of residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and safety. Key responsibilities include: • Contributing to resident assessments and administering medications or treatments as ordered. • Providing technical support to healthcare professionals as necessary. • Documenting resident interactions and outcomes regarding care, medications, and activities. • Building effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams. • Counseling residents and families under guidance on treatment and prevention strategies. Qualifications To qualify, you should have: • Graduated from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license. • If IV therapy is required, you must have completed a relevant program recognized by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. • A minimum of 400 hours of clinical experience is necessary if you haven't completed the required supervised training. • Current unencumbered LPN license and the ability to maintain required competencies and certifications. • Annual completion of continuing education and competency training as mandated.
