3D is a Med-surg Telemetry unit which focuses on adult medical patients that require telemetry monitoring.

Join our Innovation Unit (IU), which will be a “testing ground” for new innovative/optimization ideas to solve current and future nursing challenges & opportunities using quick PDSA cycles for improvement. All projects will reside under our four ministry wide nursing strategies for improvement. Here you will develop excellent critical thinking and assessment skills as well as use a wide variety of clinical skills.

Qualifications: Education:

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements Experience:

Can be new or experienced LPN Certifications: LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year) Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
