Mount Alverna Village is a vibrant senior living community located in Parma, Ohio, and part of Franciscan Ministries. We are dedicated to providing a continuum of care that includes independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care. Our onsite rehabilitation clinic offers comprehensive therapies designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents and the local community. We are currently seeking enthusiastic nurses to join our team!

Position Summary
As a member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, direct nursing care to residents, along with general health-related consultations within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Nursing Assistants to maintain high-quality care standards.
• Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to physicians and other health care professionals promptly.
• Respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
• Comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Licenses/Certifications: Must possess an active license to practice in the state.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy when working with residents.
