Permanent Day Shift LPN – Direct Hire
Location: Larimore, ND
Shift: Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: Full-Time | 36 Hours/Week

Pay Range: $26.00 – $36.00/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for full-time

This is not a travel or contract position. You will be hired directly by the facility as a permanent team member with full benefits.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team on day shift. The LPN provides professional nursing care to residents of all ages under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. This role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate, and resident-centered care in accordance with individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include resident assessments, medication and treatment administration, documentation, recognizing and responding to changes in condition, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (Associate degree preferred)
• Active, unencumbered LPN license (multi-state accepted where applicable)
• Completion of required IV therapy education if applicable per North Dakota regulations
• Supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or at least 400 hours of LPN experience
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
