Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Intellectual Disability Support (Home Care)
Location: [Blue Bell, PA]
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and every other Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role:
Green Medical Consulting is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). You will provide care for a 29-year-old female who resides at home with her parents. The ideal nurse is patient, understanding, and dedicated to promoting the individual’s health, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily nursing care and medication administration.
• Monitor and document health status and behavioral changes.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family and the care team.
• Support activities of daily living and encourage community engagement.
• Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with ODP and state regulations.
Requirements:
• Current PA LPN license in good standing.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background checks and health clearances.
Compensation:
