Licensed Practical Nurse/RN days 7p-7a rotating weekends in Swansea, IL

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities: - Perform nursing procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Assist in patient education and provide emotional support to patients and their families. - Maintain accurate and complete medical records. Skills: - Proficient in critical care procedures. - Experience in catheterization and sonography. - Knowledge of behavioral health practices. - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems. - Ability to assess and record vital signs accurately. - Experience in case management and coordination of patient care. - Strong nursing skills across various specialties including ophthalmology. - Proficiency in managing medical records efficiently.
