Responsible for recording clinical progress notes and coordinating patient care activities/services to which he/she is assigned. This position works under the direction of the Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor. This individual must be a graduate from an approved school of vocational nursing and meet educational experience requirements as outlined in the laws of the State of California. A minimum of one (1) year of acute care experience preferred; previous home health experience preferred. Must be currently licensed in California.
