What You’ll Do as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN):
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will provide efficient, safe, and high-quality care to residents through the application of the nursing process. You will support the interdisciplinary team by supervising nursing assistants, administering treatments and medications, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all residents.

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Supervise nursing assistants and actively participate in resident care as required.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Utilize available resources to ensure optimal care is provided.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure that unit supplies and equipment are maintained and readily available.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Promote and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Respond appropriately to both resident and facility emergencies.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document care needs and interventions accurately in medical records and care plans.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete all required documentation related to assessments, care planning, physician orders, and evaluations.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain effective communication across nursing shifts, departments, supervisors, physicians, and resident families.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advocate for residents’ rights and report any signs of abuse or neglect.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Adhere strictly to safety protocols and infection control policies.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide feedback for the evaluation of nursing assistants.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Attend in-service education and training to support ongoing professional development.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Accept reassignment as necessary to meet resident care needs.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Current and active LVN license in the state of California.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Current CPR certification.</li>
