Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a full-time LVN to join our team for the Northern San Luis Obispo County area (Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles).The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with a weekend rotation. Requirements: • Current California LVN license • Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience • Reliable vehicle to drive for work • Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record • Have and maintain auto insurance coverage • Current approved health care provider CPR Certification • Home Health experience is a plus We offer: *Competitive pay *Medical, dental, & vision benefits *Paid personal, holidays, and sick time off *401(k) with matching *Gym membership *Flexible self-scheduling *In-house continuing education and reimbursement for outside training This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $35.00-$45.00 per visit. Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $31.00-$35.00 per hour.
