Job Summary of Licensed Vocational Nurse:
The establishment aims to deliver empathetic support within an active skilled nursing setting. By offering versatile scheduling choices such as extended daytime and nighttime shifts, this position focuses on resident-focused assistance, personal advancement, and fostering a collaborative team environment. An immediate bonus of $3,000 is available for new recruits.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Licensed Vocational Nurse:
• Delivering assistance to individuals residing in Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Long Term Care Units with their daily needs.
• Dispense medications, such as intravenous drugs, and observe how residents react to them.
• Record resident's vital signs, treatments, and monitor their progress regularly.
• Provide information to residents and their families regarding care and approaches for treatment plans.
• Establish clear and efficient communication channels with doctors, nurse practitioners, families, and colleagues in the healthcare field.
• Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide assistance to support personnel when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience of Licensed Vocational Nurse:
• Present license as a licensed practical nurse in Tennessee.
• Previous involvement in extended care or proficient nursing highly recommended.
• Effective abilities in both communication and organization.
• Proficiency in both independent work and collaboration within a diverse group of professionals.

Salary:
