Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Labor and Delivery • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 03/16/2026 • Duration: 12 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours • Employment Type: Local Contract Position: RN- L&D - Travel Location: Morristown, NJ Pay Rate: $ 70/hr Schedule: 7PM - 7AM Duties: -Performs direct patient care activities in support of patient care delivery and team concept. -competent knowledge of all the normal stages of growth and development from Pediatric to Geriatric and delivers patient care appropriately -Performs thorough assessments that are systematic, comprehensive and accurate.. -Provides competent and appropriate nursing care to the population of the unit. Demonstrates knowledge and skill of emergency equipment and procedures. -Consistently responds to patient's/families and co-workers in a professional, courteous, positive manner. -Assesses patient's understanding of surgical procedure/instructions, actively including the patient and family members in teaching. Requirements: -Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associates or Bachelor's Degree -Minimum Degree: Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO) -Valid licence as a ACLS, BLS and RN preferred.
