Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ED - Emergency Department Discipline : RN Start Date : 02 / 02 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days, nights, flexible Employment Type : Local Contract Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Compensation & Incentives • Hourly Pay : $32.00–$40.00 (10 yrs exp.) up to $48.00 / hr (17+ yrs exp.) • Sign-On Bonus : • $15,000 – Day Shift • $10,000 – Night Shift • Shift Differentials : • Nights : $4.25 / hr • Weekends (Fri 11p–Sun 11p) : $3.00 / hr • Relocation Assistance : Case-by-case approval Shifts Available • Mixed (Rotating Weekends) • Nights (Rotating Weekends) Job Summary As an ER RN, you'll care for patients across all acuity levels—from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. You'll manage multiple cases, collaborate closely with providers, and deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
