Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Home Health • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 02/18/2026 • Duration: 52 weeks • 40 hours per week • Shift: 8 hours, days • Employment Type: Local Contract Position: RN Home Health Location: Milwaukee, WI 53215 Start date: 02/18/2026 Duration: Full-time, Permanent Shift: • 40 hours / week guaranteed • Day 5x8-Hour • Mon-Fri Pay Rate: $45 per hour Relocation Bonus available Job Description: • Seeking 2 full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) for a permanent Home Health position in Milwaukee, WI. • The Home Health RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on assessment, treatment, education, and care coordination. • This role requires independent clinical judgment while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote patient safety, recovery, and independence.
