Job Title: Local Contract - Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Number of positions: 1 Years of experience: One to three years Shift: Night shifts- 36 hours Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 01/14/2024 Hourly pay: $42.82 OT: 1.5 Weekly Pay: $1,541.52 JOB DESCRIPTION Summary Department: Med Surg Shift Timings: 19:00 - 07:30 Hours Monday to Friday (3 Days/12 Hours Shift) Per Week: 36 Hours Roles & Responsibilities • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. QUALIFICATIONS • BLS and ACLS • National Institutes of Health (NIH) • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. • The ability to stand for extended periods. • Strong technical skills. • Knowledge of medical terminology • Passionate about patient care • Requires a minimum of two years of current RN Med/Surg experience. • Graduate from a fully accredited RN program • Active unencumbered Indiana RN state license • One year of Cerner experience Requirements COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.
