$35.00/hr - $53.00/hr Position details

Registered Nurse, NICU PERM Qualifications
• Salary Range: Based on experience, $36.28 - $54.22 hourly.
• Licenses: Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Registered Nurse license prior to hire.
• Required Certifications: AHA BLS, NRP. STABLE highly preferred, but can acquire within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a level 3 or level 4 NICU. Responsibilities / Nature of work
• Provide optimal patient care utilizing the nursing process; assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care between other professionals as needed.
• Deliver age-specific care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including families/caregivers.
• Demonstrate cognitive and psychosocial skills appropriate to the population served and meet unit/department competency standards.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes. Purpose
This position provides optimal patient care within the context of the nursing process and is accountable for patient outcomes over an episode of care. Equality & Benefits
