Call is back-up and CRNA needs to be within 1 hour driving distance. Details:Supervised by AnesthesiologistSetting: Inpatient onlyCase types: Bread and butter Case Types: no neuro trauma vascular or hearts - we do OB cath labs no dental Healthy pediatric ENT rare Ortho 500 deliveries / yearFast paced environment/quick turnover4 CRNAs to 1 Anesthesiologist. Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 daysEMR: EpicFacility Reimbursement:Flight - No first-class flights.Hotel - 200/night lodging cap after taxes and feesRental Car - Standard rental car no premium/SUV etc. rentals.Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard RateBill Rates Needed for Submission:Malpractice - Must be included in the rates.
