A leading Level III NICU is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for ongoing night-shift coverage beginning July 2025. Providers must be confident managing critical neonates and skilled in both ground and fixed-wing air transport. Shift & Schedule Details
• Shift Length: 16 hours (3:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Schedule Needs: Primarily Friday-Monday
• Confirmed Coverage Dates:
• Nov 7-10 (AM)
• Nov 14-17 (AM)
• Nov 27-Dec 1 (AM)
• Dec 5-8 (AM) Setting: Inpatient, Level III NICU
FTE: 1.0
EMR: Epic
Clinical Responsibilities
• Intubations
• Central line placement
• Peripheral arterial lines
• Attendance at high-risk deliveries
• Ground & fixed-wing air transport (required)
• Supported by a full NICU care team Requirements
• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner - Required
• Active North Dakota License - Required
• DEA & NRP Certification - Required at submission
• Clean malpractice/background - Preferred
• Must be comfortable with both ground and fixed-wing transport Benefits
