We are seeking a dedicated Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Neonatal to join our team in Nan, Virginia.
• Provide comprehensive neonatal care, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of newborns in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Participate in on-call duties and ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
• Educate families on neonatal health, discharge planning, and follow-up care.
