Responsibilities include
• Providing pre- and post-operative care for cardiothoracic surgery patients
• Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient conditions independently
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assisting in surgical procedures and follow-up care
• Documenting patient encounters accurately and timely
Skills needed include
• Current valid NP license in Arkansas
• Strong knowledge of cardiothoracic surgery and patient management
