Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Surgery - Cardiothoracic to join our team in Petoskey, MI, near Grand Rapids.
• Provide advanced patient care in cardiothoracic surgical settings, including pre-op assessments, post-op care, and follow-up
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Perform patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications within scope of practice
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, documentation standards, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in on-call rotations and coverage as needed
