Key Responsibilities: • Administer medications and manage critical equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. • Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions to promote health and recovery. • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical support staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient care environment.
