A contracted nursing opportunity is available in a post-acute rehabilitation setting in El Dorado, KS. This role involves providing specialized care in rehabilitation nursing at a well-established center known for its commitment to comprehensive patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver rehabilitation nursing care in alignment with interdisciplinary care plans.
• Perform head-to-toe patient assessments, IV medication administration, lab draws, and blood administration as needed.
• Support patients and families through education on care plans and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with a skilled team using cutting-edge equipment and EMR technology.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with rehabilitation or long-term care experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred.
• IV certification mandatory for LPN candidates.
• Telemetry reading skills advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a patient-centered, empathetic approach.
Unit and Workplace Highlights:
• Work in a 41-bed rehabilitation unit with a dedicated staff including RNs and LPNs.
• Patient ratios of approximately 1:6 support quality care delivery.

Schedule:
• Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.
