Key Responsibilities: • Deliver rehabilitation nursing care in alignment with interdisciplinary care plans. • Perform head-to-toe patient assessments, IV medication administration, lab draws, and blood administration as needed. • Support patients and families through education on care plans and rehabilitation programs. • Collaborate with a skilled team using cutting-edge equipment and EMR technology. Qualifications & Desired Experience: • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with rehabilitation or long-term care experience. • BLS certification required; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred. • IV certification mandatory for LPN candidates. • Telemetry reading skills advantageous. • Strong communication skills with a patient-centered, empathetic approach.
