Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings. • Manage patient assessments, care plans, and documentation. • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. • Assist in patient mobility, medication administration, and wound care. • Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed. • Manage 6-8 patient assignments, adapting to a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Experience: • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Minimum of 2 years experience in Medical-Surgical or Rehabilitation nursing. • Previous experience as a Charge Nurse is preferred. • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including both days and nights. • Reliable transportation with a permanent residence located over 50 miles from the facility. Schedule & Hours: • 36 hours per week. • Flexible shifts covering: • 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM • 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Location Insight: Natchez, MS, is a charming city rich in history, culture, and natural beauty.
