
Long-Term Care Nurse (RN) - Oskaloosa, Iowa in Beacon, IA
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to primarily adult patients in rehabilitation and long-term care
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to support individualized patient care
• Adhere strictly to all clinical protocols and facility guidelines to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments
• Participate in ongoing education and compliance training as required
Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse license with relevant experience in rehab and long-term care nursing
• Ability to pass an Iowa SING Background Check, including criminal and child abuse clearances (no exceptions)
• Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult required
• Completed 10-panel drug screening, including opiates
• Up-to-date immunization titers within the last 12 months (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB)
• Background checks from all counties and states of residence must be fully cleared prior to start date with no instant or statewide-only searches accepted
