Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $48.00, with actual pay dependent upon experience.
Position Highlights:
May be eligible for up to a $9,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,500 relocation bonus.

A Brief Overview:
As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver essential nursing care, develop care plans, and provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families. Your role will also involve regular assessments and the adaptation of care plans based on changing conditions.
What You Will Do:
• Provide comprehensive care by communicating with the health care team and coordinating resident care plans.
• Develop nursing care plans through assessing medical histories and physical examinations.
• Educate residents and families about healthcare requirements, medications, and self-care skills.
• Evaluate resident care and modify nursing plans as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment following infection-control policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers within the facility.
• Direct and coordinate the workflow of nursing assistants and other nursing personnel.
• Stay updated on nursing competencies as determined by leadership.
Essential Qualifications:

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.
Preferred Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or long term care setting.
