Kline Galland Home is a trusted leader in senior care, known for our compassionate approach and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong focus on admissions coordination to join our dedicated team.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Includes one weekend day per week
Key Responsibilities

As an Admission Nurse at Kline Galland Home, primary responsibilities include:
- Clinical review of incoming patient referrals to determine care needs and eligibility for services.
- Experience in reviewing and entering Medication Orders.
- Complete Patient Assessments, Consents and other Admission Paperwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external Teams.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance Plans and processing for Authorizations.
- Knowledge of ordering supplies for new admissions.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Active Washington state or Multistate LPN license
- Experience in admissions or patient intake preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
