LPN Dispensing Nurse in Camden, NJ

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Methadone Clinic team in Philadelphia, PA. This posting is for full-time, first shift, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.   Earn $31.98/hr.!   The LPN will administer medication and therapeutic treatments per the physician's orders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Administer/dispense methadone per State and Federal Guidelines Ensure adequate recording of the administration/dispensing transaction Ensure that the treatment plan of the physician and/or medical director is being followed  Assess client response to treatment and medication dosage/interactions    Maintain all medical records including but not limited to individual charts, daily medication charts, dosage records, progress notes, Doctor’s orders, etc., as required Monitor tuberculosis, HIV, and Hep C testing for all patients and assigned units, including making outside referrals when necessary  Provides emergency care as needed (CPR, PMAB, Emergency Medications) prevention and management of aggressive behavior Benefits Merakey offers generous benefits that promote well-being, financial security, and work-life balance, including: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus access to healthcare advocacy support.
