Job Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care/Nursing Home and Transitional Care unit regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility in Bunrsville, MN. • 24 hours every two weeks • Evening shift • Partial Benefits! We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities: • Provides professional nursing cares and treatments • Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff • Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status Required: • MN LPN licensure • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers • BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
