(pay rate based on years of experience) Shift Differentials: 1st shift earn an additional $2.00 weekends. 2nd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.00 weekend. 3rd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.50 weekends.
