Responsibilities: As an LPN, you'll provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center. Qualifications: Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required. Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required. Active CPR Certification. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear.
