Job Description
Join a collaborative care team on a 30-bed inpatient unit, serving primarily a surgical patient population. As an LPN, you will work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care within your assigned patient group, while also delegating appropriate tasks to Patient Care Assistants (PCAs).
While prior experience as a CNA or patient care technician is a plus, it is not required. Reliability, professionalism, and demonstrated longevity in previous roles-within or outside healthcare-are highly valued.

• Apply the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Monitor and assess patient responses to interventions and progress toward goals
• Accept and perform delegated nursing tasks within scope of licensure
• Support and supervise assigned PCAs as appropriate Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program
• Active LPN license (or compact license, if applicable)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Advanced life support certifications may be required depending on the unit
• Successful completion of clinical orientation
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
