Join a collaborative care team on a 30-bed inpatient unit, serving primarily a surgical patient population. As an LPN, you will work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care within your assigned patient group, while also delegating appropriate tasks to Patient Care Assistants (PCAs). While prior experience as a CNA or patient care technician is a plus, it is not required.
