Job Title: LPN – Long Term Care Location: Falmouth, MA Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension possible) Schedule: 5 Days/Week | 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/Week Shift: • Primarily Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Flexibility for Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Weekends/Holidays: Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required Compensation: • Gross Weekly: $1,893/week • W2 Rate: $18/hour • Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week Job Summary: A reputable long-term care facility in Falmouth, MA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting residents’ medical and daily living needs in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation. • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards. • Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy. • Assist with lifting and mobility needs (up to 50 lbs.). Requirements: • Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license. • BLS/CPR & AED certification. • Graduate of an approved LPN program. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills. • Long-term care experience preferred.
