Job Title: LPN Med/Surg Contract Length: 13 Weeks Contract Job Location: 523 E State Rd, Fairview, OK 73737 Shift Timing: Nights 12 Hours Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Pay Rate: $28/Hr.($1008/Week) REQUIREMENTS: • LPN Med/Surg. • LPN must have Oklahoma license and BLS/BCLS certification.
