What We’re Looking ForQualificationsActive LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
Skills & AttributesPassion for wound care and patient-focused healthcareStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a mobile settingValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Pay StructureEstimated hourly earnings: $29–$45/hourBased on 25–50 completed visits per week and 40–45 hours workedActual earnings vary by visit volume, route density, and hours workedEstimated annual earnings: $61,620–$103,000 (varies by volume and schedule)Pay details:W-2 hourly pay for all hours worked (patient care, charting, and travel time between patients)$25 per completed MIST visit (visit completed + documentation per policy)Overtime paid per federal and state lawMileage reimbursement for business travel between patient locationsHourly rate is set to meet all applicable state wage requirements and provided in the written offer
