Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of practice
• Prior experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred
