What You’ll Do • Care That Matters: Provide attentive, resident-centered nursing care that supports the whole person. • Lead and Inspire: Support CNAs, CMAs, Ward Clerks, and Restorative Aides while helping create a positive, team-first environment. • Keep Everyone Connected: Communicate care plans clearly with staff, residents, and families. • Stay One Step Ahead: Monitor resident conditions, prioritize care, and report changes or concerns promptly. • Hands-On Nursing: Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with IV care and tube feedings as needed. • Stay Organized: Complete accurate documentation and maintain clinical records in line with policies and regulations. • Be a Trusted Point of Contact: Offer families reassurance, updates, and compassionate communication. • Champion Safety: Promote safety, privacy, and dignity in everything you do. • Grow the Team: Help orient and mentor new team members through training and hands-on support. What You Bring • Active LPN or RN license • At least two years of nursing experience, including leadership or charge nurse responsibilities. • Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association). • A warm, approachable communication style and a team-oriented mindset. • A passion for mentoring others and delivering excellent resident care. • Knowledge of long-term care regulations is a plus.
