The RN will work 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, providing patient care on the Med/Surg unit. Must have at least 2 years of Rehab experience. Weekend shifts will be required. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg setting. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate medical staff. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. • Document patient care accurately and completely. • Work weekend shifts as required by the unit needs. Required Qualifications • Active RN license in Arizona (AZ). • Minimum of 2 years of Rehab experience. Preferred Qualifications • Cerner EMR experience Skills & Competencies • Strong clinical skills in Med/Surg nursing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Proficient in patient assessment and documentation. • Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.
