Job Description
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Remote / Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate care with internal and external providers to maintain continuity of patient services
Perform independent patient assessments and triage to determine care needs
Provide patient education and support for chronic disease management and wellness initiatives
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including independent decision-making roles
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in Maine
BLS and ACLS certifications required for specific nursing roles
