Manager of Nursing Services in Montpelier, VT

This RN role oversees nursing services and resident care at a therapeutic community residence. • Ensure compliance with licensing, CARF accreditation, and confidentiality laws. • Manage medication administration, staff training, pharmacy coordination, and EMR updates. • Maintain accurate medical records, coordinate care, and communicate with families and treatment teams. • Supervise the med room, oversee staff, and promote safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. • Provide routine and emergent medical care, lab assessments, wellness education, and staff training. • Participate in community activities, staff meetings, and crisis intervention. Qualifications include Vermont RN licensure, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
