Job Description
A company is looking for a Manager, Virtual Nursing Team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members while fostering a culture of growth and engagement
Lead the development and optimization of clinical and operational workflows to enhance quality and productivity
Act as a liaison between the Nursing Team and internal / external partners to support program design and service improvement
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse in good standing with a minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership or management experience
Experience in leading teams and managing performance in complex environments
Demonstrated experience in LEAN or quality improvement methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and digital collaboration tools
Willingness to provide occasional evening and weekend support for project implementation
