Job Details Description As our On-Call RN, you will serve as a trusted healthcare consultant and liaison, supporting both individuals served and the interdisciplinary team. Your clinical expertise helps ensure safety, dignity, and growth for every child in our care. Responsibilities Include • Assessing acute and ongoing health needs using a person-centered approach • Coordinating medical care with physicians, providers, families, and community partners • Monitoring medications for side effects, effectiveness, and safety • Maintaining accurate medical records and attending medical appointments • Providing guidance on preventive care and best health practices • Reviewing incident reports and contributing to agency health and medical policies • Promoting autonomy, well-being, and personal growth for individuals served • Participating in scheduled on-call coverage Why Pride & Manchester House?
