Job Description
A company is looking for a Clinical Liaison Nurse.
Key Responsibilities :
Conducts clinical assessments of patients referred for home infusion therapy
Develops strategies to capture referrals from member hospitals
Builds relationships with hospital staff to ensure quality coordination of care
Required Qualifications :
Associate degree or diploma in Nursing
Two years of intravenous therapy experience in hospital or homecare
RN license in good standing in the relevant state(s)
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
