Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse in Auburn, NH
Job Description
A company is looking for an After Hours Registered Nurse (MNA).
Key Responsibilities
Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, providing education and managing care transitions
Deliver patient care in alignment with RN protocols, including medication administration and chronic disease management
Conduct telephone triage, escalate concerns, and support clinical team with ongoing care coordination
Required Qualifications
Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing
Current, unrestricted license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs
