Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN or LPN)
MDS Coordinator with PDPM experience
Current/active licensure for Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Rhode Island
Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
Prior MDS/RAI/PDPM experience preferred
Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing
Primary series of COVID Vaccine (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
