You’ll ensure compliance with federal regulations, optimize reimbursement, and collaborate across departments to provide high-quality resident outcomes. · Manage the RAI process, including timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments · Lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings · Educate and support clinical team members in MDS procedures and documentation · Monitor quality measures and support improvement initiatives NOW HIRING: MDS Lead – Complete Care at Lehigh What We’re Looking For: MDS experience is a MUST – minimum 2 years preferred SNF experience.
